Stop the spam

While taking a long break from blogging, I've noticed that spam is now finding its way into the comments of many sites, including this one. In fact, one of my posts from last year that brought this blog some attention is filled with it. Does anyone have a recommendation of how to deal with this crap?

UPDATE: Never mind, I figured it out. That's what I get for being away from blogging so long...
