Is the the CORPORATE MEDIA we're talking about? For those interested in doing a little "fact checking" compare the corporate-owned media to some media sources owned directly by the people (The UK's BBC, America's own National Public Radio, The Middle East's Al Jazeera, ..etc.) There is indeed quite a difference.
You probably won't be suprised to find that the corporate-owned media generally spins the facts in a way that will benefit corporate interests, often (although not always) at the expense of the Peoples' interests.
Whether you call it right-wing or left-wing slant, I think you'll find you get more accurate news from the independently owned outlets. :)
